Doctor indicted

Dr. Dipak Desai, who is at the center of a 2008 hepatitis C outbreak in Las Vegas, was indicted Friday by a grand jury. The Southern Nevada Health District has linked nine hepatitis C cases to DesaiÕs Las Vegas Valley endoscopy clinics, but said more than 100 other patients could have been infected.
